Ok here it goes, do not hate me because my suggestions...

1. Readme.txt - It's needed

2. /rules - Some people scream for it (rules.txt)
3. /name or /nick - change you nickname (elite+)
4. Plugin support (Plugin folder in the same directory as minerCPP.exe. So users can add custom scripts like !8ball, custom commands...)
5. a remote control client, program (or a web based one like in Server Op) that connects to the server and gives you live chat, user list, banned user list, logs and some commands.
   

also i suggest that u remove the names from console and add the full credits to readme

add date to log entries
announce player class and rank when they log on
